Qualification Requirements
  • To qualify for the NMAC First-Time Buyer Program, applicants must:
  • Have a minimum of three tradelines (excluding authorized accounts, deferred student loans, or self-reported/alternative data)
  • Maintain a minimum FICO score of 660
  • Have a maximum payment-to-income ratio of 12%
  • Have a maximum front-end advance of 105% (standard LTV guidelines apply)
  • Have no active bankruptcy
  • Meet all other standard NMAC credit parameters
